Parents...and snugglebumbs...

I absolutely love my family! I am the oldest (and only) girl, and I have 3 younger brothers. My 3 brothers are all completely different, but I get along with each of them. I absolutely ADORE and LOVE my brothers!! My brothers are Josh (24), Joey (almost 23), and Andy (19). And then there's my mom and dad. My dad just stopped by to visit me at LDS and we had dinner. He wanted to see where I work and so I brought him down to the lab. I was afraid of what he would say, because he always happens to say something embarassing, and he called me his 'snugglebumb' in front of my coworkers! Apparently, when I was a little girl, I loved these little dolls/toy things that were called 'snugglebumbs', and I would always ask, 'Daddy, can I have a snugglebumb?'...and the name stuck... Luckily, I am actually used to it, and he explained it... Nevertheless, it is still somewhat embarassing... My dad always has to brag about me (in front of me), and sometimes he just says random stuff.... I know that he loves me, and that he is proud of me....But sometimes it just feels like a bit too much! Oh well, I guess that most people feel like this at some point in their life. Does it ever stop? I actually thought that I would not experience it so much at my age! Isn't junior high and high school the time for being embarassed by your parents? :)

Oh my gosh! That is so funny! Your dad is cute, and you are a good child for allowing him to come to your work. And a respectful child for not kicking him in the nuts when he says stuff like that. I am kidding. He loves you so much he like so share how adorable you are.

And have you given Spencer your Blog? You should. And your brother too!
